The Role
Position: Associate Endodontist (W2 or 1099) Schedule: 2–4 days per week Pace: One patient at a time, stacked column A strong day: 4–6 treatments + 3–5 evaluations
What You’ll Do
Diagnose and treat patients with clinical excellence, wisdom, and empathy
Communicate clearly with leadership and help guide the team when needed
Collaborate clinically as needed
Maintain clean, thorough documentation and timely treatment reports
Build healthy, professional relationships with referring doctors
Participate in thoughtful marketing and professional presence initiatives (including social media, as appropriate)
Contribute to the long-term strength of the practice, with potential for a future partnership track

Certificate in Endodontics
Active Colorado dental license (or ability to obtain)
Ideally 2+ years in a high-quality clinical setting
Strong skills in non-surgical and surgical endodontics
High emotional intelligence and communication ability
